Former Spice Girl Mel B has taken out a restraining order with the accusation in a document obtained by TMZ of an invocation of sexual and physical abuse that drove her to attempt suicide.
She claimed that Belafonte has literally left her with scars and threatened her in work. Not only this, she also said that he’s been jealous and left her terrifying for the life.

The revelation made by Mel B about the wounds she had during her marital life will surely wet your eyes. She has to say much about the devil face of her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte.
She said that Belafonte forced her to have a threesome with the unknown girl. He also threatened her to release the sex tape they made if she refused.
Belafonte has refused all the accusation made by Mel B saying all the things are not the truth. He also said Los Angeles-based celebrity gossip site:
“As the mother of my children, I’m really distraught in my brain about how this is going to affect our children,”
He added:
“And the depths that she has gone to. That’s it. I’m shocked at those allegations.”
She also talked about the incident in July 2012, while she was filming The X Factor. She openly said that Mr. Belafonte had a jealous rage when she said she was about to film a segment with the singer Usher.
She denounces her for punching her in the face, splitting her lip. When she asked how she was supposed to work with the injury, he said she should have thought of that before deciding to “flirt with and —- Usher.”

When Stephen Belafonte was asked about the accusation by TMZ, he said:
“I think someone is trying to set me up to be a bad guy, It’s accusation after accusation. But we’ll have our day in court.
He added:
“We have beautiful, amazing children. Why do this? We were friends two weeks ago. And all of a sudden a team gets around and there’s this? I guess somebody has to be making a lot of money off this – mainly the lawyers.”
