Essence Uhura Atkins is an American actress, she was born on February 7, 1972.She started her acting career in comedy (CBS), in 1995, before she act a regular spot on the ephemeral first African-American prime-time drama, which was prime time drama, known as Under One Roof.

Tia and Tamera Mowry are both sisters and known to be identical twins, they are both American actresses. They first gained recognition for their starring role, which was as Tia Landry in the sitcom Sister, Sister, together with her twin sister Tamera Mowry. The sisters then starred together in the Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches and its sequel, Twitches Too.
