– In 1979, Bianca Jagger traveled to Nicaragua one more with the International Red Cross delegation. At the time, she got shacked by the brutality the Somoza regime was performing.

– In the 1980s, she participated in the US mission in Honduras voluntarily. At the time, terrorists from El Salvador kidnapped 40 refugees.

Also, she opposed the death penalty and worked for defending Women’s rights and indigenous people in Latin America. Besides that, she spoke for the victims of the Bosnia and Serbia conflicts.
